We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our service team at Arabian Knight Ubud. You will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for every guest by delivering excellent service, being attentive to guest needs, and having good knowledge of our halal Middle Eastern menu.

Summary:

Responsibilities

– Greet guests warmly and present menus.
– Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
– Serve dishes and drinks professionally and courteously.
– Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials.
– Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and handling requests.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
– Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Handle payments and issue receipts using POS systems.

Qualifications

– Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
– Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
– Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
– Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
– Team player with attention to detail and personal grooming.
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
